Forest Acres Fire Restoration
Charters Brothers has been selected by Condren Realty Management Corporation to renovate one of their 12,000 sf multi-unit apartment buildings recently damaged by fire in Bradford, MA. Construction will commence in March with completion scheduled for late spring 2015.
NH Liquor Commision Headquarters
Charters Brothers has been selected by State of New Hampshire to renovate their 7,000 sf Liquor Commission Headquarters in Concord, NH. The project is schedule to being in February 2015.
Broadway Street Housing
Community Teamwork, Inc. has selected Charters Brothers to construct 4,700 sf of new housing in Lowell, MA. Work is scheduled to begin in late spring of 2015.
Forest Acres Apartments

UNH Student-Athlete Center for Excellence
Durham, NH – The University of New Hampshire has selected Charters Brothers as their construction manager for the construction of a $1.9 million Student-Athlete Center for Excellence at the Field House for its Division I and Northeast Passage student-athletes.. Pre-construction services will commence immediately with substantial completion scheduled for March 2015.
UNH Athletic Training Room Completes On Schedule
Charters Brothers, in cooperation with the University of New Hampshire Facility Design and Construction and Harriman Architects has successfully completed a 4500 sf renovation of the University’s athletic training room.
