Whittier Tech Athletic Upgrades
The Whittier Technical High School has selected Charters Brothers to oversee construction of a new bleacher system at their Haverhill campus. Work is underway with an anticipated completion of December 2016.
UNH Paul Creative Arts Center
The University of New Hampshire is partnering with Charters Brothers to perform major accessibility upgrades to the Paul Creative Arts Center in Durham, NH. The Paul Creative Arts Center (PCAC) is UNH’s center for the fine and performing arts on the Durham campus and houses three academic departments; Art and Art History, Music, Theatre and Dance.
Enterprise Bank – Salem, NH
Enterprise Bank and Trust has selected Charters Brothers as their General Contractor to manage construction of their newest 5,500 sf branch in Salem, NH. The branch will be open for business in the Spring of 2017 and is located next to the Tuscan Kitchen and Tuscan Market.
Enterprise Bank – Amherst Street Nashua
Enterprise Bank and Trust has selected Charters Brothers as their General Contractor to manage construction of their new 4500 sf flagship branch in Nashua, NH. The branch will be open for business in the Spring of 2016.
Bedford, NH – Charters Brothers successfully completed construction of a 2,000 sf TCBY self serve yogurt shop in Bedford, NH. TCBY has a presence nationwide with over 400 stores. Their self serve yogurt makes for a fun environment where you can bring the family and create your own custom yogurt with as many flavors and toppings as you want.
UNH Field House Athletic Training Room
Durham, NH-Charters Brothers, selected by the University of New Hampshire as Construction Manager, recently completed a renovation to the Field House Athletic Training Room. Teaming up with UNH Facilities Design & Construction and Harriman Architects, Charters Brothers completed this 5,000 sf fast track renovation over winter break.
Karls Sausage Kitchen & Eurpoean Market
Peabody, MA-Charters Brothers recently completed construction of the new home of Karls Sausage Kitchen & European Market for owners Anita and Bob Gokey. The newly renovated 7000 sf facility allows the Gokeys to continue to produce their renowned sausages — they make about 55 varieties — while providing more space for their deli and cheese counters, bakery, and retail space. The new location also boasts a 19-seat café serving Northern European sandwiches, sausages, beer and wine.
UNH Memorial Union Building Leadership Center
Durham, NH – Charters Brothers recently completed construction of the Office of Student Involvement & Leadership at the University of New Hampshire, Durham. The Leadership Center is located within the heart of the Memorial Union Building and was occupied throughout construction. The 4,000sf gut and remodel started in April and was complete by end of May, two and half months ahead of schedule. Work included demolition of all non structural components, new HVAC, electrical, and architectural finishes. The project finished ahead of schedule and within budget.
Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt
Nashua, NH – Charters Brothers recently completed a fit-out for Tutti Frutti, a worldwide specialty frozen yogurt retailer. Their newest location at the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua, NH was completed in just over four weeks. Opening day was a total success with over 2,000 yogurts sold in the first four hours!
Great Bay Community College
Portsmouth, NH – Charters Brothers successfully completed construction of new office space for Great Bay Community College. The new offices expand the college’s advising program and were constructed while the building was occupied by students, faculty and the public. The project was completed on time and within budget.
