“The University had no issues and was very impressed with the quality of workmanship. Quality of work was excellent. Some work items were tested by a third party and there were no issues with any of the tested work. There was a great team atmosphere on the project between Charters, the subcontractors, and the University.

It was apparent that safety was a top priority for Charters. The site was kept clean and Charters was very responsive to the University’s requests and needs related to housekeeping. The on-site superintendent was very experienced and knowledgeable and well-suited for this project. He was responsive to the needs of the University and was very good at motivating members of the project team to perform well.”
